Another side of City memorabilia that collectors are interested in is autographs or autographed items on related City items. As you can see from the sheet above there are 6 autographs of City players from the 1934-35 season. Four of them also have a small picture above the autograph cut out from a newspaper or similar from around that time.

The players featured are Frank Swift, Alex Herd, Jimmy Heale, Jackie Bray, Fred Tilson and Matt Busby. All the above players featured in some form of success for City be it FACup winners or League Championship winners, or both!!

Unfortunately non of the above are still alive with Jimmy Heale the last to pass away a few years ago.

Due to the success of that time these autographs are quite sort after and the above I would expect to fetch probably around £30. As I mentioned above autographs are collectable but its probably the last of my priorities when it comes to collecting!!
